ok so i know its been quite a while since my last post but i just have been super busy. Last semester while at school all i did was go to class and i didnt work even though i had wanted to and during break i definitely regretted that. i was supposed to pay like 17oo dollars of my tuition. kinda of a deal with my parents and i thought id get a job at school but with uis being so small i didnt find one and to be honest i really didnt want one that bad. so during winter break all i have done is work about 40 hours a week. it pretty much sucks. but whatever. and last nite i was looking at my schedule for next semester and i am very pleased. my schedule is amazing yet again. How bout u guys? also who's ready to go back to school? i sure am. i miss all of my buds at school. u dont realize how much u see or do with them till they arent there. :( i miss u guys. see you soon.

break
so far break has been good it seems as though all ive done so far is work....im hoping to get in sometime where i can just have fun but we will see. I cant wait for second semester to start...im so excited. not only is it gonna be my second semester but im also gonna be sharing this experiance in a way with my best friend tom. He stayed home for my first semester but now hes gonna be going away to school as well....even though i would have liked for him to be attending uis i am thrilled for him. It should be interesting to see how things turn out for him. Rooming with a complete stranger and meeting new people, its fun but still learning how to do stuff on his own. well neway. i super pumpd to go back to uis in a couple of weeks to be honest with you guys i already am ready. i just needed like two weeks off an entire month is too much for me. i didnt believe it when people said that the friend you make in college are more than friends. Its like they are my family away from home, and i actually catch myself calling uis home. i cant wait to see everyone.....my roomie and suitey I <3 u guys..........

that was before midnight....when it turned midnite we continued to celebrate my birthday. Then, later that day after everyone had class we went to this amazing italian restaurant that is called quzziardos its amazing. Everything there. The first time we went there i was surprised by how good it was specially the salad bar. thats what i look forward to on every visit. Liza, Randi, and me were at the salad bar and me and my roomie found the goods aka the dessert platter that they had...it was filled with homemade truffles which were amazing to say the least. AHHhh so we stood in the middle of the salad bar room and ate there. it was amazing did i forget to mention that we always dress up for this. it's tons of fun.It was a great birthday.....cuz my budds were here

Birthday Wishes

so December 6th was my bday and it was amazing...it was made possible by my amazing friends at uis. i had gone out at 7 the nite before my birthday and i returned at around 10 and when i returned my entire nook was decorated in pink streamers and balloons....needless to say that is my fave color.....

hopefully all of u are fine and dandy. i sure am. So a recap of what has happened since my last post. so as u all probably remember the whole lock situation in which i was in....so i filled out a work order with the school and the next day at 10:40ish some man came to the door. Me and my roommate didnt have class so we were still sleepin. Neway, i was like who is it? and he was like maintanence and so i finally opened the door and it was hilarious cuz i was in like some shorts and these lil pink book slippers and i was still half asleep and i probably looked it. As soon as i opened the door he chuckled. That was interesting. Then i went to my first big brother big sister meeting where i was supposed to be introduced to my lil brother but he was too shy. he decided he didnt really want a big sister...even though he requested it be a girl. i have got to say just walking into the school was amazing. not becuz the school but the kids inside.....as soon as i got there the kids knew what program i was for and they were all excited and me to meet them. I was greeted by a group of kids asking if id be their big sister and it broke my heart to say i couldnt. The feeling they give you is undescribable.They just want someone to come visit them. it really mad me realize how much i have and have had and how i take everything forgranted. little things that i dont even realize ....
