We did make it to CPAC, but unforseen [travel, lodging, and weather-related] problems caused even more expenses to be incurred. Even aside from that trip however, being one of the largest and most active student organizations in the state results in hundreds of dollars each semester, in out-of-pocket expenses.

We cannot continue like this. Being a student-led organization, our personal financial resources are especially limited. We need to build up our treasury, so that we can continue our work, throughout our local communities, other parts of the state, and at the national level as well (which we have been doing during the past couple of years). Please donate to our cause, and show your support for a better America.

All contributions to the UIS College Republicans will be put to good use, and will be used for our purposes only. Since 2001, College Republicans organizations are no longer affiliated with the local, state, or national Republican Party. We are federally recognized as a non-partisan student activist organization. Our organization's constitution prohibits us from giving money from our treasury to any partisan organization or cause.
